First day i worked on the basic volumes. Primary and here's the secondary forms+reference. I am changing the reference a bit on my own.
Secondary forms before my review
Secondary forms. My review of the flow. Marking up things to improve.
A MatCap to check overall look.
I did the Render Process Through zbrush just to learn, but i don't like the result. There's no intention on that light.
Another Render, now testing on Max + Corona Render
Crop of the Zbrush viewport from the tertiary stage. I really like that Eye Shader i "set" on Zbrush. A Bit hard to replicate on Render.

Capture from Substance Viewport
Render on Max using Corona Engine. (The mask on the forefront is misplaced on that render.)
I gave a try on NPR Render from Zbrush. It's cool ! :)

Jordu Schell Alien - My First ZB Sculpture
So i am using Zbrush for years, but just like 5-10% of it. Recently i decided to go further on it and use it more widely for my work/personal and maybe even professional work in the future. So i started a sculpting class (online) and the first warm-up exercise is to learn about the stages of blocking (primary forms), defining (secondary) and detailing (tertiary) using the work of Jordu Schell as a reference, before even get into more hardcore learning about anatomy and everything so we can just play with basic stuff.
So that's take on it. It was an exercise so i didn't really " finished" it properly. Exported it with an auto-uv and did a rough texturing work just fun.
Shout-out to Rafa Souza with his great sculpting courses on RafaSouza Academy.
