I conceptually named a "Wonder Graph", a master graph that is capable of generate a ton of different results just changing some basic nodes.
In this study,i created that base node based on a old ideia of recursive shape insertion where a transformed copy the shape is inserted inside the original shape recursively creating a type of spiral effect. Then using symmetry and mirror nodes + conversion nodes from Cartesian to Polar, i can create a huge amount of ornaments and intricate results. The basic shapes has some treatment with bevel nodes, blends, not too fancy. With that technique is possible to create generators of different styles changing the basic input shapes. All the Ornaments on this page were created using 2 simple graphs.
Maybe i will put that thing for download over gunroad and/or Artstation soon. There's no mysteries on it but its pretty fun to tweak and create new iterations.
