Substance Designer and Painter integration - Procedural Skin Disfunction

Skin Disfunction - Procedural Material/tool

A Substance Material with a ton of parameters that you can tweak, with blisters, veins, etc. Everything is created around the big blisters, and the distribution of them is driven by a Perlin noise input. So the tiny blisters around the bigger ones were distributed using the occlusion of them. The skin, veins and all other layers around that first setup are warped around it. So if we change the initial Perlin noise, the blisters move changing everything else on a chain "reaction". Would look cool if animated for sure. :)

So the way i think of using it is layering and masking in and out those layers with different scales and presets to build up a variety of gross and disturbing results. :) I think i achieved that goal. lol.
